UPLAND CHRISTMAS PARADE
We are very excited to be a part of the Upland Christmas Parade every year!
DATE: December 14, 2024
LOCATION: Downtown Upland
CALL TIME: 3:00 PM
PARADE STARTS : 3:30 PM
PARADE LINE UP LOCATION: TBA
Each year we will release a new Holiday T-Shirt Design for students to purchase and wear!
ATTIRE FOR THE PARADE
- 2024 Dance Dynamics Holiday Shirt
- Black dance shorts (for the girls)
- Black basketball shorts (for the boys)
- White (or MOSTLY white) Tennis Shoes
- White no show (ankle) socks
- Hair Slicked back in High Ponytail
- Any Color/Style Hair Bow (no Santa Hats please!)
- Rhinestone Earrings (to be purchased at the studio)
**No jackets will be allowed. If it is cold out you may put your dancer in a white long-sleeved undershirt, and you may bring black leggings as a backup. The studio will notify you if black leggings will be permitted due to weather conditions. That will be the ONLY acceptation to black leggings.**
OTHER DETAILS
Specific classes will be learning choreography to dance during the parade route. Other classes will walk and wave.
Children too young to walk the route (under age 5) can ride in the dance studio trailer or they can be pulled in decorated wagons. Parents who pull the wagons must wear the Dance Dynamics Holiday Shirt and black or blue jeans.
The studio will be closed so there is NO BATHROOM. Parents, please be sure to take the kids to the bathroom before the parade!
EVERYONE FROM BOTH STUDIOS IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE.
THIS EVENT IS A LOT OF FUN AND IS TELEVISED TOO!
