Sonja Wheeler

Sonja is the daughter of Paul and Jeanette Wheeler.  She has been dancing for seventeen years.  Sonja specializes in contemporary and jazz.  She also teaches ballet, tap, cheer and tumbling.  Sonja has studied with the New York City Rockettes and has studied under Brian Friedman, Tyce Diorio, Al Gilbert and many others.

She is continuing her dance education in Hollywood.  She has been an event coordinator with Disney for the past year.  Sonja teaches with passion and loves her students.  Her choreography won numerous awards in many competitions such as KAR, Nexstar, Showstoppers and Dancin’ Dayz.  She says her students inspire her every day and she works to keep them inspired right back.
